The 2011 Drover women’s soccer team has gone down in the USAO record books as one of the best team’s the program has seen. With the program’s best record at 15-6, the women went on the collect the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament Championship for the first time in school history.

After 12 years as president of the college and 34 years in higher education, President John Feaver will be named to the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame on Oct. 9 in a state ceremony – 14 years after his famous father was inducted.

After 12 years as president of the college and 34 years in higher education, President John Feaver will be named to the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame on Oct. 9 in a state ceremony – 14 years after his famous father was inducted.

A dozen college presidents have been inducted after retirement or posthumously, but Feaver joins a select few ever inducted while in office.

New coaches, new players and new philosophies meant a year of transition for many the USAO Drover sports teams.

But one team stood out during the 2009-10 season. Heading off to the first round of the National Tournament were Coach Jimmy Hampton and his men’s soccer team.
